3. Service Agreement Process

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided by our company are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may be adjusted if:

• Property conditions differ significantly from initial assessment
• Additional work is required beyond original scope
• Specialized equipment or materials are needed
• Environmental conditions affect service delivery

Service Scheduling

Service appointments are subject to availability and may be rescheduled due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to notify customers of any changes in advance.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for large commercial projects.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate property information and accessibility details
• Removing or protecting personal belongings from work areas
• Ensuring adequate water access and electrical supply (where needed)
• Clearing work areas of vehicles, furniture, and other obstructions
• Disclosing any special conditions or concerns about the property
• Being present or having a representative available during service delivery

5. Service Limitations and Exclusions

Our services do not include:

• Repairs to damaged surfaces or structures
• Removal of deeply embedded stains that may require specialized treatments
• Work on surfaces damaged by previous cleaning attempts
• Removal of paint, graffiti, or permanent markings
• Services during severe weather conditions that may compromise safety
• Work on surfaces not suitable for pressure washing methods

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable for pressure washing.

6. Insurance and Liability

Our Insurance Coverage

PresWashSvc.com maintains appropriate liability insurance coverage for our operations. However, we are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage or wear to surfaces
• Damage resulting from inadequate surface preparation by the customer
• Issues arising from undisclosed structural problems
• Damage to underground utilities or systems
• Damage caused by extreme weather conditions during service delivery

Property Damage

If damage occurs due to our negligence, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. We require notification of any claims within 48 hours of service completion.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customer Cancellations

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a service call fee.

Weather-Related Cancellations

Services may be postponed due to weather conditions that could affect the quality of work or safety. We will work with customers to reschedule at the earliest available time.

No-Show Policy

If no one is available to provide access to the property or if access is denied without proper notice, a service call fee may be charged.

8. Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. Our services come with a satisfaction guarantee, subject to the following terms:

• Re-service or touch-up work within 7 days of original service (if we determine it's necessary)
• Customer must notify us of any concerns within 48 hours
• Warranty does not cover damage from external factors after service completion
• Warranty is void if customer fails to follow post-service care recommendations

9. Environmental Considerations

We are committed to environmentally responsible practices:

• Use of eco-friendly cleaning solutions when appropriate
• Proper disposal of wastewater and runoff
• Protection of landscaping and vegetation during service delivery
• Compliance with local environmental regulations

Customers are responsible for complying with any local water restrictions or runoff regulations.
